This course is designed to help agents gain a better understanding of one of the most overlooked coverages in Property Insurance – Ordinance or Law. Participants are expected to gain a deep understanding of the coverage exposures presented by building codes (that of turning a partial loss into a total loss) and how to manage those exposures from an insurance perspective.

The instructor for this course is Christopher J. Boggs, CPCU, ARM, ALCM, LPCS, AAI, APA, CWCA, CRIS, AINS. Chris is the Director of Education for the Insurance Journal Academy of Insurance and has authored several books in the area of Property and Casualty Insurance , including “Wow!
