Frank F. Millsaps, CIC, CISR, CGA, President of Millsaps & Associates, Inc. and is Managing Member of Millsaps Consulting, LLC.
After working for an insurance company for 10 years, Frank started his own agency in 1993. He became a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in the first year and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) from the National Alliance. He later added Certified Graduate Associate (CGA) of the National Home Builders Association. Frank was educated at Broward Community College in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and the University of Florida in Gainesville after serving in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
As a member of local, state and national insurance associations, he has served on various boards and committees and in 2002 was chosen by his peers as “Insuror of the Year” by the Alabama Independent Insurance Agents Association. He has also served on two national boards and committees of insurance agency management systems and presently is Board Member Emeritus of the Home Builders Association of Metro Mobile. In addition, Frank has participated in many local and civic organizations.
After teaching insurance classes for many associations and companies, Frank formed Millsaps Consulting, LLC, an insurance training and consulting firm. Focusing on teaching and providing continuing education, he also does expert witness testimony and consults with many attorneys and companies in the Southeast.

Kym Martell is owner and founder of K.M. Associates, Insurance Management & Training Consultants specializes in training and consultant services. With over 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry Kym brings to her clients a wealth of experience. Her diverse background includes Agency Management, Risk Management, Sales, Insurance Coverage, Claims and Customer Service.
K.M. Associates is an approved provider in several states providing continuing education programs. Kym has designed, developed and delivered continuing education and professional training programs on a national level for a variety of clients. She has also serves as a state faculty member of the Big I New Jersey and several other state insurance associations.
During her long and productive business career, Kym discovered she had a love for and a talent in training insurance professionals. As a result, Kym left the corporate world in 1995 and founded K.M. Associates – Insurance Management and Training Consultants. Services include property & casualty coverages, sales training, professional coaching, Errors and Omissions (E&O) auditing and preventions, and Expert Witness & litigation support services.
Kym is a speaker and presenter for various professional and private organizations on property and casualty insurance, errors and omissions, national certification programs, Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) and Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS), and is a national faculty member of the Agents & Brokers of America for providing their E&O Risk Management Programs.
As a consultant, her extensive corporate and consulting experience perfectly positions Kym to provide professional liability & loss control audits and provide customized E&O loss prevention training in the areas of workflows and agency management. Her superior communication skills are assets that adds to her success.
