P&C Agents who write coverage through the NCJUA and the NCIUA are required to take a current Beach & Fair Plan procedures course to preserve their full commission levels. The number of agents from your office depends on the number of policies you write. If you are currently writing business through the NCJUA or NCIUA this course is for you. It presents rules and procedures that agents must follow when submitting applications, policy changes and claims. This course will include the recent changes to the Beach Plan (Coastal Property Insurance Pool).
